M.C. Beaton is the UK's Most Borrowed British Adult Fiction Author

The UK Public Lending Right organisation, which administers royalty payments to authors based on library lending, has published its figures for 2012-2013.

One again, M.C. Beaton has remained the most borrowed British adult fiction author in the list, with over a million borrowings in the last year. She also remains the the 7th most borrowed author overall and the 3rd most borrowed in adult fiction, since most of the top ten are children's authors.
